I had the best adventure

It could be done differently

On a 24 day cruise of Mediterranean and without a doubt Pambos provided one of the top two tours we have been on -- and many have been very good. Pambos is very personable and knowledgeable. It was like an old friend taking you on tour and having that friend being a younger Zorba. Pambos -- Zorba the Cypriot. If you read the tour description you will see this not a castles and museums tour. Would Zorba take anyone to a museum? Take this tour if you want to see the real Cyprus and meet real Cyprians.

Pambos and his tour were the highlight of our trip! He tailored the itinerary to us perfectly and even brought us to his home to make fresh orange juice from his orchards. I couldn't have asked for more and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Our trip would have never been the same if we hadn’t meet Pambos. We were really lucky. I work in the wine world too in France and I knew Cyprus wines would have potential, and Pambos proved it to me and my boyfriend. Apart from the wines, Pambos was really generous and he spend time with us and proposed us so many activities. We visited two wineries together and he was a really great guide. He also gave us several addresses in other cities like Pafos, Lefkara or Larnaca. We felt that he loves his country, and we understand why. My father and I booked a wine tasting with Pambos last minute during our trip to Cyprus. He was so accommodating with pickup and drop off times, and made sure to tailor the experience based on our interests. Some of the best wine we have ever tasted amd we learned so much. We had a great day on Nov 4 with Pambos P. He took us to the ruins at Amathous, showed us the countryside and farms along the southern coast, to Hala Sultan Tekke, to Lazarus church, and to a lovely and informative wine tasting at Oak Tree Wine shop in Larnaca. Pambos was friendly, open, and shared his love of Cyprus with us. Rating - 5 out of 5. Would definitely recommend Pambos to others!

What a wonderful day with Pambos. Born and raised in Limassol, Pambos has a deep understanding of the history and politics of Cyprus and is passionate about its culture and traditions. Having attended boarding school in Wales (on a scholarship granted to the most outstanding high school student in all of Cyprus) his English is impeccable. He is punctual, detail oriented, and clear and responsive in his communications. I simply could not think more highly of him as a companion and tour guide.

We had a fantastic day! Pambos is very knowledgeable about all things Cyprus, food and wine. Shopping and cooking with him was great fun. The village of Episcopi is absolutely charming and makes for a beautiful scenic backdrop to a lovely tour. We do recommend this tour for anyone looking for a taste of the real Cyprus!

Pambos is fantastic guide. We had a rather unique request to see the British part of Cyprus, and then sample great wine and food. Pambos crafted a great itinerary. Being a former restaurant owner he knew many of the staff at the wineries we visited and took us to wonderful place for lunch. His knowledge of the history of Cyprus, plus current events made this an extremely fun day. He also made arrangements for us to meet a driver from Cyprustaxi that was able to take from the South to the North.

Wow, Wow, Wow. What a wonderful unique experience with a down-to-earth, knowledgeable, thoughtful guide. Pambos is fantastic. We had a superbe breakfast in a small village in the mountains- homemade jams and scones, bacon eggs— amazing, followed by a tour of Nicosia In which we were able to learn about this fascinating city and visit the historical sites that were of interest to us. It was a full day but one that we could take at our own pace! Big thumbs up!

Smiling and kind and above all a charming man who knows how to enjoy the time without unnecessary hassle. Highly recommended especially for family trips with a different character and not conventional or commercialized

This was an exceptional tour which started with a guided tour of 'Art Nest' a renowned museum that houses the sculptures of Philippos Yiapanis. We had the opportunity to hear from the sculptor himself- his vision, his mission, his process and all about the individual pieces he has created. Amazing and special time. After that we had lunch at a local Tavern, visited 'the rose factory' to buy some local products made from roses, and ended our day shopping in Omodos. Our guide Pambos? A true delight!

We booked a group wine tasting with Pambo whilst in Cyprus for our friend's wedding. The experience was in Pambo's remote villa, family owned for decades, in the beautiful Paphos hills. He is a lively character who provided a fun, relaxed and very informative session - the best wine tasting I've ever had. I would totally recommend - and if I ever found myself in Paphos again I would do it all over again.

We had a great day with Pambos. He took us to some of the non-tourist type of places to allow us to get a real view of the people and culture of Cyprus. He is fun to be around and very accommodating to what you would like to see. He has an extensive knowledge of Wines, especially wines of Cyprus, which was of interest to us. We highly recommend Pambos especially if you like to get away from the typical crowded tourists stops and get a real view of Cyprus.
