Honestly,
The most homely wine tasting and food workshop you will EVER have. The host is extremely knowledgeable and helps you discover certain tastes in the wine that help you discern your palate. He is extremely helpful, kind and friendly.
We had the best afternoon relaxing under a 200 year old olive tree listening to the rustling leaves and sun bugs. Taking I'm the views of the rolling hills.
Not to mention, the drive there on its own is spectacular !!!!!
After visiting multiple wine farms on our holiday, THIS experience was by far our favorite. Make sure you book in advance. Every experience is private and they only take one booking at a time.

I would highly recommend this experience. Not only is Pambos an amazing host and great storyteller, but the food was delicious and we learned almost everything there is to know about Halloumi cheese. It is really hard to only point out specific things that we liked. One of our favorite things was to walk through the orchard, learn about different fruits and to make our own juice. You should definitely make sure not to eat too much before you visit Pambos as he will make sure that you taste all the amazing cheeses and the wonderful food that you cook together. There is also a breathtaking view and you get to relax in the beautiful countryside. Pambos also recommend a lot of great restaurants and trips throughout the island which made a trip extra special. All in all we have to say that if you want to experience Cyprus with all senses, this experience is just perfect for you. Thank you very much for everything Pambos!

An introduction to Cypriot wine. A truly Cypriot wine tasting experience, very personal and not at all commercial. You feel very comfortable and relaxed in the authentic garden. Tasting was very informative where I discovered the characteristics of each wine. Lovely, thank you Pambos.

My family & I had a brilliant experience at Pambos’s wine tasting room. The wine was excellent! We tried 6 different types of wines and we had as much as we wanted. 3 different platters of food were served to accompany the wine tasting, all local foods, which were prepared beautifully. The highlight of the experience is most definitely the host, Pambos. He delivers the wine tasting with charisma and enthusiasm, walking you through each wine with tips, knowledge and stories related to the Cyprus and the region. 10/10 experience. Would highly recommend!!

My friend and I had an amazing time at the tasting. The location was very beautiful and Pambos was a great host. We felt very welcomed and you could tell, that he knows a lot about wine and the way he explains everything is very passionate and captivating. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Cyprus!

Thank you Pambos for this wonderful evening! We had a lot of fun and the food with the many wines was very delicious. Pambos was a great host who knows exactly what he's talking about, whether it's wine or food. Besides the cooking, the atmosphere and the setting was unique amidst lemon trees and olive trees. Apart from delicious wine, we could taste different types of grapes and other in-house delicacies (olives from the garden, home-made dips and cheese), which was absolutely complex experience! If I could choose one thing to do in Cyprus, it's definitely visit to Pambos tasting room! Thanks for personalization - our friend has birthday, so Pambos made a special wine-based coattail so we can celebrate together 😉

Так получилось, что мы заехали к мега крутому чуваку - Памбоссу, и не пожалели!!! Мы говорили по-русски, он говорил по-английски, прекрасно друг друга понимали🤣. Угостил вином, сыром, душевно посидели😂. Респект таким людям👍. Обязательно к нему загляните, не пожалеете! Положительные эмоции от встречи останутся надолго! Вино, которое мы будем пить дома, обязательно напомнит нам о той случайной встрече.

Se stai viaggiando a Cipro dall'estero o sei un locale che ama le escursioni e visitare piccoli villaggi per vivere esperienze diverse lontano dal caos cittadino, allora questo è il posto dove ESSERE! Un posto bellissimo nascosto tra i vigneti che ricorda quasi il paradiso, con un ospite molto accogliente e con la più alta conoscenza sullo sfondo del vino. Degusterai gratuitamente qualsiasi tipo di vino di quasi tutte le provenienze. Offrirà anche una deliziosa cucina al fuoco e frutta fresca raccolta proprio di fronte a te dagli alberi nel suo cortile che coltiva solo con acqua pura e terreno puro senza l'aggiunta di sostanze chimiche. Altamente consigliato per un weekend tranquillo e senza stress o anche solo per un giorno. Google dà una valutazione di cinque stelle, ma io do 10 stelle per questo bellissimo posto fatto in pietra nascosto nella natura di quest'isola?

We booked a group wine tasting with Pambo whilst in Cyprus for our friend's wedding. The experience was in Pambo's remote villa, family owned for decades, in the beautiful Paphos hills. He is a lively character who provided a fun, relaxed and very informative session - the best wine tasting I've ever had. I would totally recommend - and if I ever found myself in Paphos again I would do it all over again.

Pambos heeft als doel het je als klant helemaal naar het zin te maken. Of je nu wijngaarden wilt bezoeken, een hike wilt doen door het gebied of lekker wijnen wilt proeven in zijn wine tasting room, het kan allemaal. Als je dat combineert met de prachtige plek waar de tasting room staat, verscholen tussen de sinaasappel- en citroenbomen, met de prachtige verhalen die Pambos vertelt over wijn maken proeven en de geschiedenis en met de gezellige sfeer die Pambos weet te creëren dan heb je de perfecte settling voor een heerlijke vakantie! Pambos was amazing with everything from the moment I booked. He kept me updated with the weather in Cyprus and sent pictures of his humble abode; which btw has an amazing view. Pambos is very knowledgeable with the wines and also hosts actual wine tours and can provide you with info on how to book one. He was very friendly and respectful and funny and he made us lovely food and finished with cocktails at the end. All my girls loved the experience and we will most definitely go back to him again if we ever go back 🙂

В мой последний визит на Кипр, я не только попробовал и купил отличные вина в одной из замечательных виноделен Вуни Панайя, но так же Памбос рассказал мне об истории и реалиях виноделия на Кипре, отличиях от вин других стран, а также о местных традициях. First of all, if you like wine and you want to broaden your knowledge about it, Pambos is a great person who will explain everything you need to know. it was not the classic wine tasting with a label story, but rather a walk through the whole wine tasting event (learning about the organoleptic aspects such as smell / taste etc.). The wines he prepared for us were brilliant (cabernet sauvignon was the best in the world). The place we were in has a mega-local atmosphere, you did not want to leave it. Pambos as a person is another aspect of the whole experience, a guy with a great sense of humor, very friendly and helpful if you need help. If there was a possibility, I would give 10/10.
