Pambos personalised the experience to our group by making a great suggestion for a theme for the evening, giving recommendations about the wine choice, and tailoring the discussion to the theme and beyond! During the event, Pambos answered all our questions very knowledgeably and with great humour and wit! He is a charismatic host, who can identify the dynamic of a group, and adapt perfectly to it. We had a private session with 8 Japanese-Washingtonians who have never been to Cypress. Pambos lectured wonderfully about Cypress wine, wineries and histories. We really enjoyed the wine and he gave us tons of tips about Cypress wine. He also did a good job organizing the event, spoke equally with all members and skillfully ran a smooth meeting.
