Meeting Point and Transportation
You will be traveling in your own vehicles and we will meet at the winery’s parking area at 11:00 am
I will be traveling in my own Toyota Raum – very comfortable and fully air-conditioned. Suitable for persons with disabilities. I’d be more than happy to provide transportation for up to 3 persons.
Winery Tour
Wine Tasting and Lunch
Lunch will be served right after the tasting.
The winery team will prepare for you a custom tasting flight aiming to provide you with a holistic understanding of the Cypriot grape varieties and wine culture. The wine selection will include labels from the regular range as well as some experimental micro-vinification wines.
During your tasting experience I will help you perform your own sensory analysis of the wines like a professional sommelier and I will share with you tips and tricks on wine tasting.
** Private Catering is not a regular service provided by the winery. I recommend to upgrade the experience by choosing to add a meal prepared by the catering team of Alasia Hotel or Bistro 55 Street Food, organized by yours truly. I will handle the reservation to your commands, bespoke the menu with the chef, assist with food ordering and wine matching.

Nobody I have ever met in my life can host a wine tasting experience like this guy.
** Private Catering is not a service provided by the winery. I recommend to upgrade the experience by adding a stop for brunch on our route to the winery, organized by yours truly. I will handle the reservation to your commands.

We will enjoy the wonderful homemade creations of my friend Ellie. All natural jams and chutneys spread on breads and cheeses.
