Lots of stories to be told and colorful nature to be explored. A combination of flavors and aromas are definitely going to stimulate your senses and help you experience your memories!
Take a journey away from town and join me as We explore nature at the Millennial Stone Built Village of Episkopi, Moron Nero. You can take a sneak peek at this remarkable village and wander the alleys and orchard fields. In-between a woodfired oven cooked meal at the kafenio and a unique wine tasting experience at the tasting room.
Your Private chauffeur George will be waiting for you outside the port gate to drive you to the picturesque village of Episkopi Moro Nero into the mountainous Paphos Region.
Starting at the Environmental Information Center by the entrance of the village, we will do the following.
Not Included:
Extra wine and alcoholic drinks
Ofton Kleftiko is the name! Wood Fired Slow Cooking is the Game!
Your meal will be prepared by the Tavern Manager who just happened to be the Muhtar (Mayor) of the village and had an excessive career as a head chef in 5 star hotels in Limassol before retirement. By the way he’s also called Pambos.

The last part of this adventure is a 1.5 hours of story telling and wine tasting experience at my Private Tasting Room. You will taste wines from the area of Commandaria and you will hear the story of the King of wine and the wine of Kings!
The experience is fun, while being informative. In a welcoming atmosphere I will tell you three stories from the past about a royal wedding, the first ever wine competition and a long French poem and the Banquet of the Five Kings. I will then talk about the production of the world’s oldest wine with a designated name of origin through a fascinating wine tasting experience. I only showcase boutique wineries and not mass-produced commercial wines, so you get the chance to taste the best wines Cyprus has to offer.
• Optionally and if you are a wine geek you may want to use the Tasting Sheet to mark down your notes. Please have it ready on your mobile device for in-depth tasting experience.
If you are interested to join a scheduled wine tasting session with other guests, please book your experience at your convenience
Throughout the day you will try seven different wines. Two to match with lunch and five for the tasting. During lunch and beyond the wine served you can enjoy refreshments and finish of with a Cyprus Coffee.
Wine tastings are offered with lot’s of love, water and local dry bread ‘Arkateno’ for rinsing your palate. Each tasting is accompanied by matching local delicacies.
