Beyond the typical BBQ party, The Souvla Experience is a cultural thing! In order to understand the cultural phenomenon of Souvla, you can’t really go to a restaurant, and you cannot go to a commercial establishment. You must go to a masterclass taught by people who understand the cultural significance of the Souvla and can replicate the experience to the highest degree with quality instruction, friendship, and love of craft.
At the heart of our open kitchen, a wood-burning BBQ pit takes center stage, allowing us to showcase the region’s culinary versatility while honoring its time-honored cooking traditions. Moreover, our fully equipped kitchen ensures seamless preparation and meticulous cleaning.
Eventually, Guests are invited to savor our meze-style meals on the patio, surrounded by bare tables and the raw beauty of nature. Here, a refined, leisurely service complements a dining experience that is both delectable and captivating.
The Souvla Experience aims to showcase the exceptional quality and diverse array of ingredients, as well as the remarkable people who raise, grow, and produce them. Furthermore, I take great joy in cooking over embers in a wood-burning hearth, as it pays homage to the historic food culture of our region while simultaneously fostering new and innovative creations. Additionally, the location is renowned for its authenticity, providing a glimpse into the vibrant local life. Lastly, the journey to the tasting room is an integral part of the adventure, with winding roads and breathtaking landscapes.
Cooked on Ember, dishes inspired by the best of local cuisine, with food I source from the orchards or the finest farms and purveyors in the area. The souvla experience aims to take your taste buds on a sensory journey as you experience live cooking authentic dishes bursting with flavor.

Three bottles of wine will be served through out the experience. Chosen for their ability to stand up to the season’s menu in balance. Besides exploring these wines I strive to present the winemakers’ vision in your glass and the experience is fun, while being informative.
I only showcase boutique wineries and not mass-produced commercial wines, so you get the chance to taste the best wines Cyprus has to offer.
If you are interested to join a scheduled session of the 1.5 hours guided wine tasting experience with other guests, before or after the live cooking, please book your Tasting experience in advance.

I want to ensure we all have a wonderful experience at Pambos’ Tasting Room. These terms and conditions are to make things clear and enjoyable for everyone.
The Souvla Experience is a private event priced per person. I can host groups of any size, up to 12 guests. Prices start at €316 (up to 4 guests) and adjust based on the final number of attendees.
To confirm a booking, you must purchase an event through our secure online payment system. We recommend booking in advance, as availability may be limited.
Your spot is secured upon payment, which typically takes about a week to process. Pambos Tasting Room will hold your money in trust until the event is delivered.
If your purchase meets the following conditions, you can confirm your booking with an advance payment (deposit):
The total balance is due the day before the event date. You will receive an email reminder seven days before it is due. However, you can pay the balance at any time through the website or via Revolut or after approval in cash before the beginning of the experience.
Please note that deposits are not currently available for events without an inquiry submission.
Cancellations are inconvenient for both the host and guest; however, I realize that emergencies occur. Here’s what to do if you need to change your plans:
You can reschedule the event to a different date or even transfer the booking to someone else who might be joining in the future. If you reschedule the session, the cancellation policy is based on the original purchase time and original start date of the experience.
