The Tasting Room guidelines aim to make things clear and enjoyable for everyone, ensuring that we all have a wonderful experience

Spot the Mystery Wine at Sherlock’s Home is a private event priced per person. I can host groups of any size, up to 21 guests. Prices start at €294 (up to 6 guests) and adjust based on the final number of attendees.

Price breakdown

– Each additional guest pays € 49
 
 

Sheftalia Live Cooking Workshop has a PER PERSON cost and can be booked in PRIVATE or you can JOIN OTHER GUESTS.

To confirm a booking, you must purchase an event through the website. Your spot is secured upon payment. I recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability.

Payment Process

You need to pay in advance and the payment takes about a week to get processed. Then, Pambos.Wine holds your money in trust until the event is delivered.

Deposit

If your purchase meets the following conditions, you can confirm your booking with an advance payment (deposit):

  • Tour date is 15 or more days from now.
  • The total tour cost is at least 200 EUR.

Settlement

The total balance is due the day before the event date. You will receive an email reminder seven days before it is due. However, you can pay the balance at any time through your account on the website or via Revolut or after approval in cash before the beginning of the experience.

Please note that deposits are not currently available for events without an inquiry submission.

Cancellations are inconvenient for both the host and guest; however, I realize that emergencies occur. Here’s what to do if you need to change your plans:

Don’t cancel RESCHEDULE

You can reschedule the event to a different date or even transfer the booking to someone else who might be joining in the future. If you reschedule the session, the cancellation policy is based on the original purchase time and original start date of the experience.

How do I cancel an event?

If rescheduling isn’t possible, you can initiate a cancellation by sending me a message directly to [email protected]

Refunds

  • To qualify for a refund for a cancelled event, you must initiate a cancellation before the tour starts.
  • You can cancel an event up to 24 hours before the beginning of the experience for a full refund, excluding credit card processing fees.
  • For less than 24  hours notice or no-show I’m afraid there’s no refund. We have this policy to respect the time and resources our team invests in preparing for your arrival.  
  • For non-refundable event options: Sales are final, and cancellations will be subject to approval under exceptional circumstances.

While I can often fulfill different requirements, please note that I do not cater to any dietary preferences.

To help me plan accordingly, it is essential to mention any allergies or dietary restrictions up front. Please reach out with detailed directions to accommodate most allergies or dietary requirements.

A designated driver is considered a person over the age of 18, who is responsible for driving the vehicle for the group attending the wine tasting experience, and is typically a member of the group.

Admission Policy

  1. Booking Requirements:

    • When a guest books an experience with the designated driver option enabled at check-out, the designated driver will not be charged for admission or counted as a separate seat, provided this option is explicitly selected during booking.
    • A maximum ratio of 5 guests to 1 designated driver is allowed.
  2. Participation Limitations:

    • Designated drivers accompanying a group are not actively participating in the experience unless they have booked as a regular guest. This means they may observe the activities and enjoy the ambiance but will not engage in any hands-on tasks, wine tasting, or other interactive elements. This means:
      • They will not receive their own set of supplies, equipment, or tasting samples.
      • They may observe the experience and enjoy the setting but cannot take part in the hands-on activities or wine tasting.

Important Notes

  • Designated drivers are welcome to enjoy any available non-alcoholic beverages or snacks provided for the group, excluding items specifically reserved for wine-tasting participants.
  • To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, designated drivers must refrain from consuming alcohol during the experience.
  • This policy is designed to support responsible alcohol consumption while allowing groups to include a safe transportation option. It adheres to local regulations regarding alcohol service and safety, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting responsible travel practices.
