Ingredients
- .8 kg minced pork half belly, half shoulder
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 1 bunch parsley finely chopped
- Salt & black pepper
- Optional: a pinch of cinnamon
- 1-2 meters panna caul fat, cleaned and soaked in vinegar water
- 1-2 eggs
- bread crumps
Instructions
- Mix minced meat, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper..8 kg minced pork, 1 large onion, 1 bunch parsley, Salt & black pepper, Optional: a pinch of cinnamon
- Add an egg and adjust the mix moisture with bread crumps. - the mixture should be firm enough so it doesn't stick to your fingers anymore.1-2 eggs, bread crumps
- Cut panna into squares and wrap spoonfuls of mixture.1-2 meters panna
- Wrap the seasoned meat in panna,
- Over charcoal, at high heat on 4 sites (5 min each)
- Grill over charcoal until the fat burns into the meat - crisp on the outside, juicy inside.
