Instructions
Mix minced meat, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.

1 large onion,
1 bunch parsley,
Salt & black pepper,
Optional: a pinch of cinnamon
Add an egg and adjust the mix moisture with bread crumps. - the mixture should be firm enough so it doesn't stick to your fingers anymore.

Cut panna into squares and wrap spoonfuls of mixture.
1-2 meters panna
Wrap the seasoned meat in panna,
Over charcoal, at high heat on 4 sites (5 min each)
Grill over charcoal until the fat burns into the meat - crisp on the outside, juicy inside.
