We finish exactly where we started
We kick things off at Saripolou Square with a fun tasting of three local boutique wines, fresh olives, and some tasty seasonal snacks to get your taste buds going.
After that, we stroll into the old town to connect with our Middle Eastern roots at Dine 369, where we’ll share warm, freshly baked Panuzzo bread and artisan dips, all while sipping on a refreshing Xynisteri white wine.
Next, we pop into Coocoo’s Nest, a cool vintage market-tavern, for a hands-on halloumi tasting. You’ll try grilled halloumi and traditional boiled halloumi, paired with a fragrant local white and a light red.
We wrap up the evening at Polykarpos Tavern with a mouthwatering feast featuring slow-baked lamb Kleftiko that’s so tender it falls off the bone, paired with a bold Maratheftiko red. We’ll toast to Cyprus’s incredible 5,500-year wine history here!
