It is really not about me, but if we have to go there, I’m a veteran restauranter and cheesemonger living in Cyprus. I am a certified vocational trainer by the HRDA Cyprus, a certified sommelier with a Professional Sommelier Diploma by the International Sommelier Association ASI (2006), and a founding member of the Cyprus Sommelier Association. Also involved with the Cyprus Wineries Association, where I’m considered a trustworthy ambassador of the Cypriot Wines and Viniculture. As a wine professional, I offer services to independent restaurant operators, wine traders, and local wineries. I organize and guide events and trips for wine enthusiasts, visitors, and residents.

Hospitality is not just a job for me; it’s a lifelong pursuit. With roots deeply embedded in the gourmet food and fine wine industry, I’ve been part of this world since 1996. In my early years, I sourced European delicatessen food and wines for import to the island, leading to a wealth of knowledge and experience gained through numerous trips to the countryside of Italy, France, and Greece in search of the finest gourmet products.
